How to Avoid Barriers to Communicate;

Dear team,

                      I am writing to tell you how to avoid barriers to communication. The barriers of communication are;

1. wrong format
2. wrong target
3. technical breakdown
4. no feedback
5. wrong channel
6. attitude towards sender
7. receiver unable to understand
8. poor timing
9. unclear message

10.  use of jargon

Ways to avoid them;

1. Make sure that you use the right format (eg. Email or telephone)
2. Make sure that you follow your objectives to stay on track to complete them.
3. Back up files to blog/memory stick, in case laptop/computer cuts out.
4. Ask For Feedback.
5. Check that you sending it in the right way (eg. Telephone, email...)
6. Make sure that you are paying attention, or just look interested.
7. Make sure that your message is sent in a way the receiver can understand. Or explain what its about
8. Make sure you send/say something at the right time, so that the receiver will receive the message
9. Make sure the message that is sent, is clear, and able to be read

10.  Check your use of language before sending.
